Photobooth Supply Co is an intimate boutique dedicated to making premium photobooths for entrepreneurs and corporate entities. At our core, we thrive on helping our customers start their a business to capture beautiful memories for millions of people all around the world.

Goals
  • Maintain a 85% customer satisfaction rate 
  • Reduce churn rate month over month
Acts
  • Manage daily sales and technical communications via Zendesk, Intercom, Facebook, phone, and e-mail 
  • Educate your team members about products, while independently keeping your own technical know-how up to date 
  • Monitor and respond to Facebook group posts about technical support matters 
  • Lead customers towards the right products, upsell, and/or help schedule a call with our sales team 
  • Identifying bugs, testing, reporting, and working with our engineering team to assist with a fix
  • Actively collecting insights from customers and focusing on closing the communication loop by providing product feedback to the team
