Are you an experienced Phone Sales Representative who loves working from the comfort of your own home? Have you dreamed of lending your expertise to build your dream position? Gotham Club Media wants to talk to you!
We're looking to introduce a brand new Sales Representative role to our growing company. Our Sales Representative's primary responsibility will be targeting people to buy our wildly successful Male Enhancement Supplements.
The Sales Representative will spend their time consulting with these potential customers over the phone and closing awesome deals. By utilizing a variety of Gotham's services and products, sales representatives help our business increase and calibrate customer traffic.

The sales role - based anywhere in the US - is an inside sales position. Once you establish a level of productivity and command of the role, we will take your expertise into consideration on how we can expand it.

• Develop familiarity with each of our products and know how to sell them
• Contacting customers in all phases of the buying process, such as people who abandon the checkout process, are having trouble with getting credit card approval, or calling our inbound line to order.
• Utilize knowledge of your previous sales position to help us grow
• Consistently achieve and/or exceed sales targets
• Communicate with management about sales trends and offer suggestions to improve the sales process
• Strive for both gaining life-long customers and increasing revenue

• 2+ years of proven success in a sales environment. Experience in the health and wellness industry or working with older men is a huge plus.
• Comfortable talking to men about sensitive subjects. A lot of our current online ads feature ADULT content and run on adult ad networks. Our newer products will not adult-centered.
• Experience selling over the phone and calling men in the US between the ages of 35-70 (these are never cold calls).
• A balance of coachability and confidence that makes people jealous at how great of a person you are
• You are adaptable and can think on your feet. When faced with new challenges, or tough conversations, you find creative ways to tackle them.
• You hold yourself accountable and balance multiple priorities like a tyrannosaurus rex on a tightrope
  • Compensation: Negotiable
  • Hours: 9am – 5pm EST, Monday-Friday (semi-flexible)
  • Location: Remote work. You must be based in the US.
  • Our Team: We're located in NYC and 25 strong, plus additional part-time employees.
