Our team is in search of a Sales Operations Intern to help drive the processes and productivity improvements necessary to grow and scale our Sales organization.

About the Team:

Our Sales Operations Team is a collaborative, fast-paced group of go-getters driven by the desire to make our Sales organization run faster and more efficiently. We tackle problems, collaborate on solutions, and relentlessly cross items off our to-do list, all with the enthusiasm of the Slack Party Parrot (look it up).

The Sales Operations Intern will play a crucial role in supporting our mission to design, build, and drive the engine of predictable revenue in our Sales organization.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is driven, eager to get elbow-deep in all aspects of sales, ready to learn and roll-up their sleeves, and be a key player in the success of a fast-growing company.

What you'll do:

  • Manage our internal help center and assist on documentation
  • Drive data clean-up and hierarchy consolidation
  • Execute on reporting requests
  • Set-up outreach sequences
  • Assist in new hire onboarding, including provisioning
  • Make presentation collateral

What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor's Degree (or in progress)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to self-direct and self-motivate
  • Adaptable and comfortable with change and ambiguity
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM is a plus
