Job Responsibilities
  • Work with client and internal team to set project KPIs
  • Collaborate with the Lead Strategist in defining the strategy for the agency's clients
  • Oversee entire Production Process and take ownership of client deliveries
  • Accountable for successful project delivery as well as meeting project KPIs
  • Collaborate with Operations Manager to ensure workflow and processes are kept current and consistent across departments
  • Manage the client and internal team to ensure all project deliverable deadlines are met
  • Receive and share all client requests and communications to the appropriate team member to ensure client's voice and concerns are considered
  • Provide and promote high standards of professionalism and integrity throughout the life of projects, both within and outside the organization, appropriately representing company's business philosophies, protocols and standards
  • Review deliverable documents to ensure content matches the agreed strategy; proofread deliverable documents
  • Ad hoc assignments related to the successful growth of the company
Must Haves
  • A proven record of project managing multiple time sensitive projects on schedule.
  • Agency experience
  • A proven record of delivering outstanding results for your clients
  • Data driven mindset and decision making
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship development skills
  • Solid writing and grammar skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience in at least one of  of the following: email marketing, Content Strategy, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Paid Media Marketing
  • At ease managing multiple projects, setting stakeholder expectations, working individually and collaborating across teams
  • Strong Project Management skills
  • Experience in client facing roles in an agency environment
  • Native-level proficiency in English
  • Working overlap from 9am-5PM EST
  • Reliable internet connection and (remote) office with a door
  • Laptop / computer and headphones
Preferred (Optional)
  • Digital Marketing Strategy experience
  • Previous remote and distributed working experience
  • Previous experience working with agency specific tools for project management, communication, time tracking, time forecasting
Hourly rate, based on experience.
